A DAY AT SERRARICA

You’ll find the doors open to a space of calm from seven o’clock in the morning onwards. You can start the day with a session of meditation that will let you connect with the here and now. Next, you will find the workspaces ready so you can carry out the sessions you have planned. Although at mid-morning, we offer you a healthy breakfast so you can take a break and get your strength back to carry on.

Just before lunch, those who wish can enjoy the outdoor spa, with a jacuzzi, sauna and ofuro (our Japanese spa). Afterwards, lunch is a time for conversation, relaxation, laughter and healthy eating.

And you have the workspaces at your disposal again all through the afternoon. These spaces have all the amenities you might need, including plenty of natural light. One of the rooms is designed to be an oasis of calm for creativity. This is the creative room. Stone is a key feature here, and the imposing arch confers character on a space that has been created to welcome and transform its guests. And to the sobriety of the construction material we have added colour – a lot of colour – because colours bring joy, openness, excitement…

The other space is the work room, which contains everything you need, as well as natural light to improve your concentration, enhance your cognitive performance and increase your visual capacity and productivity.
