SOUND HEALING

The sound healing is a therapeutic session that creates a physical, mental and spiritual balance with the sound of musical instruments that have a high vibration, such as the Gong. The sound and vibration that they create helps you enter a meditative state that will bring you calm and tranquillity. The sound of the Gong is used as a healing tool – it regulates the nervous system, and is very helpful in cases of stress, anxiety or discomfort.

The sound healing is designed to foster well-being and uses other instruments as well as the Gong, including the ocean drum, the shaman drum, and koshi and zaphir wind chimes.
