After a day of work, come and practice Kundalini Yoga to release the stresses of the day and relax to prepare your body for a good rest.

Kundalini Yoga can provide the benefits you’re looking for, at any age and at any time in your life: physical and mental endurance, energy and inner peace.

Yoga is the path to self-knowledge. If you can do it one day a week, we’d recommend it, as you’ll undoubtedly reap the benefits.
