MORNING YOGA (2 DAYS)

Start your morning early with a session of Kundalini yoga – a form of yoga that physically gets you going, gives you energy and connects you with your inner self.

Kundalini Yoga can provide the benefits you’re looking for, at any age and at any time in your life: physical and mental endurance, energy and inner peace.

Yoga is the path to self-knowledge. We recommend practising 2 days a week if you want to see quicker results.
