CUISINE THAT PROVIDES ENERGY AND BALANCE

Nutrition is the cornerstone for staying physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy. Good nutrition foster a state of balance and harmony in our everyday lives.

Each type of food has therapeutic properties and an energy that helps our body heal and keep its balance. This is because of vital energy. This energy is related to the environment in which a food has been grown, cultivated and nurtured.

If we have the right nutrition, we will have plenty of energy, our organs will be nourished properly, and our nervous system and our emotions will be in harmony.

The quality of food, its vitality, its purity, its origin and preparation is very important, as they are responsible for the quality of our blood and transmit its vibrations to our body.

We need to eat everything that nature gives us in each season, and this must include these four elements: air (oxygen), water (pure water), earth (plant-based food) and light (the sun).

Food is everything that we take in through our senses. So nutrition is a much broader concept than it seems. With our nutritional and energetic knowledge of foods, we prepare menus that are fully balanced in their flavours, colours and textures and with the right combinations to provide in-depth nourishment and everything the body needs to stay healthy. It’s a therapeutic diet.

That’s why the food we offer is focused on seasonal plant-based foods, which mostly come from our kitchen garden. They are foods with high levels of vibration, cared for, harvested and cooked with Love so that they provide nourishment from their essence. Ours is a lively kitchen, full of colours, with wild flowers and plants and freshly harvested vegetables.

We want you to share this gastronomic experience, enthusiastically and joyfully.

Seguir una bona alimentació consisteix en:

  1. Aliments purs (ecològics). Serien aquells aliments lliures de substancies químiques i tòxics. O sigui aliments naturals o preparacions senzilles.
  2. Aliments d’origen vegetal.  La terra ens proporciona els vegetals que són font d’energia vital.
  3. Alimentació estacional. Fluir amb les estacions tenint en compte allò que la natura ens dóna a cada moment per nodrir correctament els nostres òrgans. Reforça el sistema immunitari.
  4. Aliments vius i frescos, de colors i textures variades. Serà en la varietat i en la frescor de l’aliment on trobarem la seva alta vibració que nodrirà el nostre cos energètic.
  5. L’alquímia a la cuina. La transformació que produeix el foc, la sal, el temps de cocció i l’aigua sobre els aliments crea un equilibri energètic gairebé màgic que millora molt la nostra condició. Unes proporcions adequades  entre aliments crus i cuinats ens regalarà la vitalitat que necessitem.
  6. Ordre, organització, voluntat i constància són eines que ens ajudaran  a mantenir-nos en el temps i crear hàbits saludables.
  7. Calma, tranquil·litat i escoltar les demandes del cos és basic per tenir la guia en tot moment malgrat que les circumstàncies externes canviïn.
  8. Mastegar bé transformarà l’aliment i facilitarà al cos el procés digestiu.
