The farmhouse

SerraRica is a farm estate consisting of a farmhouse – a building with a significant heritage value – and three outbuildings. It is located in Muntanyola, a village in the west of the Alt Ter district in the Osona region (Barcelona). Its distinguishing feature is that it is surrounded by nature, with forests dominated by oaks, elms and ash trees.

The buildings are primarily constructed from stone, giving them a sober and robust character. They are surrounded by magnificent vegetation, and the silence they provide is a precious treasure that makes anyone who spends a few hours there reluctant to leave.
