We practice Kundalini yoga, and offer it to you. This project at Mas SerraRica has its roots in the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, which Yogi Bhajan advocated throughout his life.

We adapt to your needs and your desire to connect with your inner self!

    Wednesday or Friday. From 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m.

  • Morning yoga (2 days)

    Wednesday and Friday. From 6.30 a.m. to 8.00 a.m.

  • Yoga for early risers

    Thursday. From 5.45 a.m. to 7.15 a.m.
